​LC Acoustics reserves the right to share the email address of users registering a free edition of its software with potential technology partners. This rule does not apply to paying users / active subscribers.

The projects you sent to our support team for investigation may be re-used by our automated regression tests, to improve the software delivered to you, our customer. Furthermore;  Projects, logs, configurations or files you send to our support team may be used to reproduce issues and improve the software (including internal testing). We apply data minimization and will avoid using sensitive personal data where it is not necessary. If you believe your ticket includes sensitive information, notify us and do not send such data unless required for support.
